    I’m trying to get the before content hook, but I fail.

    I tryed from the functions.php (same as sample)

    function custom_page_width_top_liner() { ?>
    Only visible using the page-width HTML structure setting, consider your site’s HTML structure to build in this hook.
    <?php }
    add_action( ‘vol_before_content’, ‘custom_page_width_top_liner’ );

    and from the volatyl options hooks page (the easy boxes).

    other hooks seem to work… any guidance to debug this?

    Ah! Gotcha. Well let me know if you have anymore issues!

    Quick side note from looking at the site, you applied the following CSS to change the width of the dropdown menu items.

    .short-menu .menu LI UL A
    {
    	width: 180px;
    }

    That handles desktop widths but it also affects mobile views. You’ll either want to wrap that in a min-width media query like so…

    @media screen and (min-width: 768px) {
    	.short-menu .menu LI UL A
    	{
    		width: 180px;
    	}
    }

    Or create a max-width media query at the bottom of your stylesheet to reverse your code…

    @media screen and (max-width: 768px) {
    	.short-menu .menu LI UL A
    	{
    		width: auto;
    	}
    }
